ALLTRAX manufactures products for a variety of electric vehicles, LMC have been installing these controllers in a number of applications and have recently been appointed as there European Distributor.
These motor controllers employ the latest generation of power MOSFETs to provide a very efficient drive system which permits extended high power operation over similar sized controllers . A microprocessor based control system controls/monitors numerous functions. All controllers are shipped pre-programmed to your specifications. Included software allows the user to change the throttle types, choices are 0-5K, 5k-0, 0-5V and inductive also operating parameters such as: Maximum output current, Throttle ramp programming, Throttle up and down response rate, Plug brake on/off, plug brake current, battery over/under voltage cutback, high pedal disable on/off and perform real time programming/monitoring via RS-232 serial to PC.
All drives are Epoxy potted and Waterproof, have fault tolerant control inputs. The AXE xxx4 series matches Curtis 1204 footprint & size AXE xxx5 series matches Curtis 1205 footprint & size. 24-72 VDC 200-650A available. "All drives come with a 2 year warranty from the date of manufacturing"
